Possible Reasons:

Lead was added to the CRM but not assigned to a pipeline.
How to Check:
Go to “Contacts” and search for the lead’s name or email.
Confirm if the lead appears in the Smart List or All Contacts view.
Ensure your form is triggering the correct automation to push leads into the system.
Check the pipeline filters or stage visibility in your dashboard.
Tip: Try submitting a test lead to confirm the full flow from source to dashboard.
