Why aren’t my leads showing up in the dashboard?

Possible Reasons:

  • The form or source (like a landing page or ad) is not connected to a workflow.

  • A custom filter is applied on the dashboard view.

  • Lead was added to the CRM but not assigned to a pipeline.

How to Check:

  1. Go to “Contacts” and search for the lead’s name or email.

  2. Confirm if the lead appears in the Smart List or All Contacts view.

  3. Ensure your form is triggering the correct automation to push leads into the system.

  4. Check the pipeline filters or stage visibility in your dashboard.

Tip: Try submitting a test lead to confirm the full flow from source to dashboard.
