Go to “Conversations” and look for responses from the AI Bot. They’ll be labeled as such.
Review the Workflow that powers the AI sequence.
Test your form or ad to trigger the bot and see if it replies as expected.
Extra Tip: Make sure the workflow is active and connected to the right trigger (e.g., Form Submitted).
