Leads Are Not Showing From Your Lead Form Campaigns?

If your Facebook/Instagram Lead Form campaign is active but no leads are appearing in BiteBot, it’s likely because your lead form is not mapped. Mapping ensures that the contact details from Facebook’s form fields correctly sync into your CRM fields.

Follow these steps to map your lead form and start receiving leads:


Step 1 – Go to Form Field Mapping

  1. In BiteBot, go to Settings (left-hand menu).

  2. Select Integrations → Facebook Form Field Mapping.

  3. Choose the Facebook Page you used for the ad.


Step 2 – Locate the Campaign’s Form

  1. Find the campaign/form in the list.

  2. Click Map Fields next to the correct form.


Step 3 – Map Each Field

  • Full Name → Full Name

  • Email → Email

  • Phone → Phone

  • Zip/Postal Code → Zip Code

  • Any custom questions → map to the correct Custom Field in BiteBot.


Step 4 – Save the Mapping

  • Click Confirm.

  • The button will now say Edit Fields — this means your mapping is saved.
