Smart Lists Overview

Smart Lists are dynamic, filter-based views of your lead database. They allow users to segment leads based on specific criteria without manually sorting or updating lists.

What Smart Lists Do:

  • Automatically update as new contacts match the filter criteria.

  • Help target specific groups for marketing, automation, or manual outreach.

  • Can be saved and reused across workflows, campaigns, or reporting.

Examples of Smart List Filters:

  • Leads with the tag “New Lead”

  • Leads who haven't been contacted in 7 days

  • Leads with an appointment scheduled this week

  • All patients who submitted a form on a specific landing page

How to Create them in you BiteBot Account:

Go to Leads > Smart Lists, then:

  1. Set filters based on fields like status, last activity, tags, pipeline stage, etc.

  2. Click “Save as Smart List” to reuse it later.
