Purpose: Follow up on leads that fall through the cracks.
Steps:
Go to “Leads > Filters”.
Apply filters by tags like “No Show”, “Missed Call”, or “Not Responded”, etc based on your account setup.
Save as a smart list for easy reuse and review the list of all leads that filter applied pertain to.
Then if desired, use a reactivation workflow (email/SMS) to re-engage them and follow up.
Pro Tip: You can also set triggers/custom workflows to auto-tag no-shows from the calendar or unresponsive leads after 3+ days.
