Congratulations! You've completed your account setup. Now you're ready to launch your first Bitebot Google Ads campaign. This guide walks you through creating a campaign, which is our recommended approach for dental practices.

Part A: Connect Your Google Ads Account

Step 1: Access Ads Management and Connect Google Ads

  1. Log into your Bitebot dashboard

  2. Click "Marketing" in the left sidebar

  3. Select "Manage Ads" from the dropdown

  4. You'll be redirected to your ads management dashboard

  5. Click the "Integrations" tab at the top

  6. Click "Connect" for Google Ads

  7. You'll be redirected to Google to log in

Important: If you don't have a Google Ads account, you'll need to create one first at ads.google.com. The person setting up this integration must have admin access to your Google Ads Manager account. Check this video at 1:55 to see how to create a google ads account.

Step 2: Google Ads Connection Process

Manager Account Selection:

  • If you have multiple Google Ads accounts, use the dropdown to select your Manager account

  • Choose the Google Ads account you want to use for campaigns

  • Click Save

  • You'll see a green confirmation: "Your integration was updated successfully"

Step 3: Set Up Lead Form Conversion Goal

Get Approved Page URL:

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar of your Bitebot dashboard

  2. Click "Other Settings"

  3. Select "Custom Values"

  4. Find and copy the "Approved Page" URL (this will be used for lead form submissions)

Create Conversion Goal in Google Ads:

  1. Log into your Google Ads account directly

  2. Navigate to "Goals" → "Conversions"

  3. Click the "+" button to create a new conversion

  4. Select "Website" as the conversion source

  5. Choose "Submit a form" as the conversion category

  6. Paste the Approved Page URL you copied from Bitebot

  7. Name your conversion "Lead Form Submitted"

  8. Set the value and count settings as desired

  9. Click "Create and Continue"

  10. Install the conversion tracking tag (Google will provide instructions)
