Facebook Review Process

What Happens When You Start an Ad

Facebook's Review Process (Don't Worry - It's Automatic!)

  1. You create your ad - Shows up in your dashboard immediately
  2. Facebook reviews it - Takes 5-15 minutes (like a quick approval check)
  3. Your ad goes live - You'll see "Active" with a green light
  4. Rarely rejected - Bitebot's templates are pre-approved

The First 3 Days (Learning Period)

Think of this like Facebook figuring out who likes your services:

  • Facebook tests your ad with different people
  • Your results might go up and down - this is normal
  • Don't change anything for the first 3 days - let Facebook do its job

What the Status Lights Mean

In Your Dashboard:

  • "Active" (Green): Your ad is running and working
  • "In Review" (Yellow): Facebook is still checking your ad (wait 15 minutes)
  • "Rejected" (Red): Rare - usually a mistake (see how to fix below)

During the Learning Period:

  • Don't edit your ads - this confuses Facebook
  • Don't pause and restart - this makes Facebook start over
  • Don't worry about day-to-day changes - results will stabilize
  • Be patient - good results come after Facebook learns

Why This Process Helps You:

  • Facebook finds the right people for your dental practice
  • Your ads get better results after the learning period
  • You don't waste money on people who won't become patients
  • The system gets smarter the longer it runs
