How to Customize Campaigns in BiteBot (Before Launch)

Use this process to tailor your campaign’s copy, targeting, forms, and more — while still using BiteBot’s high-converting templates (if desired).

1. Go to Marketing > Manage Ads

  • From the left-hand sidebar, click “Marketing”

  • Then select “Manage Ads”

2. Click “Launch New Campaign”

  • Located in the top right corner

  • Choose your category type:

    • Dental Implants/All-on-X (AOX)

    • Clear Aligners

    • General Dentistry

    • Veneers

3. Select a Campaign Template

  • Scroll through the available templates for your selected campaign category

  • Click “Select” on the template you want to use

*Note that these steps must be completed BEFORE you can fully customize your campaign

4. Update Campaign Details (as little or as much as you want)!

  • Campaign Type: Choose from Lead Form, Landing Pages, Call Now and More

  • Location Targeting: Enter the primary zip code or service area

  • Daily Budget: Set your Facebook ad spend (e.g. $20/day)

  • Add/Change Media: Click the pencil icon next to the ad creative on the right hand preview to change the media to any videos(s) or image(s) you want
  • Add/Change Text: Click the pencil icon next to the ad creative on the right hand preview to change the ad copy, the headline, and link description to best capture interest from the leads you are looking for

Click “Advanced Setting” to move to the next step in customizing your ad.

  • Campaign Name: Update this for ease of tracking
  • Lead Form: If using lead forms, customize the lead forms to gather as much detail as your office needs
  • Custom Audiences: Choose audiences to target (most commonly used for retargeting campaigns)
  • Privacy Policy: Link your custom privacy policy
  • Pixels: If you are a well versed Meta marketer, you can add your pixels here for additional tracking

5. Final Review

  • Go through all sections quickly to ensure accuracy

  • Make sure your location, form fields, and branding are correct

6. Launch the Campaign

  • Once satisfied, click “Launch Campaign”

  • Your campaign will begin running with the customizations you made
