Managing, Pausing, Previewing, and Editing Campaigns in BiteBot
Once your campaign is launched, managing it is easy right from the Ads Dashboard within your BiteBot account. Whether you need to pause, preview, restart, or make edits, follow the steps below to stay in full control of your ad performance.
1. Accessing Your Campaigns
From the left-hand menu, go to “Marketing” > “Ads Manager.”
This will display a list of all your campaigns, both Active and Drafts.
2. Previewing Your Campaign
Find the campaign you want to review.
Click the double arrow icon once to reveal the ad set name, then once again to reveal the ad name
Click Preview on the right hand side.
This opens a full-screen preview showing exactly how your ad appears to users, including:
Ad copy
Images or videos
Various display views on the platform it's running on
Tip: Use this to double-check the final version before or after publishing.
3. Pausing a Campaign
To temporarily stop an active campaign:
Locate the toggle switch under the “Status” column.
Switch it from ON to OFF.
This immediately pauses ad delivery and spending without deleting the campaign.
Note: Pausing a campaign keeps all settings intact — ideal for taking a break or reviewing performance without starting from scratch.
4. Restarting an Existing Campaign
Simply switch the Status toggle back to ON to resume delivery with the same settings.
5. Editing an Existing Campaign
Click the Pencil icon next to the campaign you want to modify.
You can update:
Campaign name
Budget or targeting
Ad creative (copy, media)
After making your changes, be sure to click “Save” to apply updates.
Tip: Use preview before launching to check for typos, compliance issues, or image alignment.
