If you’re using BiteBot Pro, you can easily customize your landing pages to match your brand — from text and images to button colors and logos.
Note: This feature is only available for Pro Plan users.
Upgrading to the Pro Plan also unlocks access to the AI Receptionist, which automatically responds to leads, answers questions, and books appointments 24/7.
Step 1: Access Your Landing Pages
Log in to your BiteBot account.
In the left-hand menu, go to Marketing → Funnels.
You’ll see folders for different landing pages (for example: Implants, Veneers, Aligners, Whitening, etc.).
Click on the folder you’d like to edit.
Step 2: Open the Editor
Click Edit next to the landing page you want to customize.
This opens the page editor, where you can make all your updates.
Step 3: Customize Text and Images
You can safely edit:
Images (such as your logo or main banner)
Text (headlines, descriptions, testimonials, etc.)
To replace an image:
Click the image section.
On the right-hand sidebar, find the Image URL field.
Upload your logo or select a new image.
To edit text:
Click directly on a text block.
Type your new content and format it as desired.
Step 4: Elements You Should Not Edit
Avoid changing the following, since they’re already connected to your automations:
Forms (lead or appointment forms)
Surveys
Custom values like phone number, address, or business name
These are automatically configured for your account.
If you need changes to these, please submit a support ticket and our team will assist you.
Step 5: Adjust Colors
You can change your button or background colors to match your brand style.
Use the right-hand settings panel to update:
Button colors
Background sections
Headings and text colors
Step 6: Optimize for Mobile
Most traffic comes from mobile devices, so it’s best to edit and preview your design in mobile mode.
Click the Mobile view icon in the editor.
Review how everything looks and make adjustments for readability and spacing.
Step 7: Save and Preview
When finished:
Click Save (top-right corner).
Click Preview to review your landing page before publishing.
To manually view the mobile version in your browser:
Right-click → Select Inspect → Click the mobile device icon.
Step 8: Publish Your Landing Page
When you’re happy with your edits:
Click Publish in the top-right corner of the editor.
Wait for the confirmation that your page has been published.
Your landing page updates are now live.
If your funnel has multiple pages, be sure to publish each one individually.
